Frequently asked questions
Do you take my insurance?
We do not accept insurance and that's intentional. When insurance is involved, it dictates how long your visit is, what treatments are covered, and how your care is structured. The result is usually a rushed, generic session where you're being juggled between providers or even treated alongside other patients at the same time. That's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
How does your service work?
We start with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify any deficits, compensations, or root causes of your pain or performance limitation. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan that addresses your injury and bridges the gap from rehabilitation back to full sport performance. Sessions are 60 minutes. Just you and your therapist, no aides or techs.
How much does it cost?
The cost will based on the initial assessment which will be prescribed to you depending on the injury itself that comes in packages that will detailed to you after the assessment.
Does physical therapy really work? What if the pain comes back?
Yes when done right, physical therapy is one of the most effective, evidence-based approaches to resolving pain and preventing re-injury. Our programs are built on sport science, not guesswork. We don't just treat symptoms; we identify and fix the underlying movement problem. If you've tried PT before and felt like it didn't stick, the issue is usually that rehab stopped before performance was fully restored. That's exactly the gap we specialize in closing.
